juice from 4 large beets - 1 1/2 cup
2cupspomegranate arils
2whole lemonspeeled
7-8clementinestangerines, peeled
1Tbsgrated fresh ginger
1/2cupmint leavespacked
3cupsice
Instructions
Juice the beets in a juicer.
Peel the lemons and clementines, and de-seed the pomegranate.
In your blender, add all ingredients + 3 cups of ice, and blend on high for 20-30 seconds or until fully blended.
